Frequently Asked Questions

💬 How can I turn the ball into a flying saucer shape?

Gently step on the yellow circular spots on the top and bottom, or push down on the yellow center by hand, and the ball will flatten into a flying saucer.

💬 How does the toy spring back into a round ball?

Inside the toy are a metal spring and a rubber suction cup. Once flattened, the suction cup keeps it in the flying saucer form for a short time, then lets go on its own and pops back into a round bouncing ball when you throw it or when it hits something.

💬 Do the lights need a power switch or to be charged?

You don't need to charge it, plug in any USB cable, or flip a power switch. The colorful LED windows around the middle light up on their own through motion and impact, flashing whenever the toy bounces, rolls, or flies.
